| Posted 09/18/2006 - 8:55am by Poohminator Spoiler Alert! I've been working on a couple of theories this past week, and the equation is one of them. I'm still sticking with Science Vs. Faith too. I'm also playing with the idea that Valenzetti made up the equation to get people to try and better the world before it gets worse. Unfortunately one group has decided to change one of the numbers with genocide...or that's the theory at least.

I'm trying to get as much done as possible before there is another update, or before the Lost fans figure anything else out. Hopefully I can get a lot more done on the weekend. I'm guessing we either have to figure out the other puzzles, or we have to wait till next Wednesday to get an update. It may go like this till the Season Finale and then speed up during the summer. Then again, it may not speed up. They might be pacing this game to end at the beginning of Season 3. This is all well and good as long as the writers don't underestimate the genius of the Lost fans. If there is one thing that ARG players don't like, it's dead air between updates. Quade, there really isn't a way to show you how to play, you just have to explore the site and see what you can do to solve the 'puzzles'. Check out the thread I made today, and read thru the first solved puzzle, and it will give you an idea of how to play an ARG. |

At least it gives me a bit of time to update our database. Oh, and it's official... Spoiler Alert! Henry Gale IS an Other. Dammit, I thought I had something going.

After playing around on the Hanso site, I realized that one thread won't be enough to house everything. I'm thinking doing something like.. ARG - Phone Calls and so on. Have a thread for each site. Hanso is deep, and it looks like there are still a few things unsolved. The way they advertised this game is that each continent will have different clues, and we'd all have to work together to solve whatever. They only listed 3 locations. Australia, UK, and US. So these may be the only 3 areas. Last night I spent a lot of time getting screenshots and such, and so I didn't have time to really post everything. I hope I can get it up tonight. Er...You know what I mean. |
